The village of Galinoporni is located on the south coast of the occupied by the Turkish army Karpas peninsula, in the triangle between the villages of Ayia Triada, Korovia, and Rizokarpaso. Galinoporni is built in an amphitheatric shape on the slopes of the Skoutelis and Kastro hills and overlooks the blue sea that stretches endless in front of it. The village today has around 320 inhabitants and according to them, some 10,000 other villagers are scattered around the world, with most living in England. The villagers are all Sunni Muslims and they speak the Greek language of the Cypriot dialect. Turkish language is taught in school and the villagers use it in their writing, for official use and for communication with the rest of Turkish Cypriots. Το χωριό Γαληνόπωρνη βρίσκεται στη νότια ακτογραμμή της κατεχόμενης από τον Τουρκικό στρατό χερσονήσου της Καρπασίας, στο τρίγωνο μεταξύ των χωριών Αγία Τριάδα, Κορόβια και Ριζοκάρπασο. Η Γαληνόπωρνη είναι κτισμένη αμφιθεατρικά στις πλαγιές των υψωμάτων Σκουτέλι και Κάστρο και έχει θέα την καταγάλανη θάλασσα που απλώνεται απέραντη μπροστά της. Σήμερα το χωριό έχει γύρω στους 320 κατοίκους ενώ σύμφωνα με τους ίδιους, κάπου 10,000 συγχωριανοί τους είναι διασπαρμένοι σε όλο τον κόσμο, με τους περισσοτέρους να κατοικούν στην Αγγλία. Κωνσταντίνος Χριστοδούλου. Διαβόητος κιβδηλοποιός στις αρχές του 20 ου αιώνα. Ο ασήμαντος «Αλακκιντήρης» της Δερύνειας, περιβόητος «Κωστόδουλος» της Αθήνας. Λίγο πριν το τέλος της Τουρκοκρατίας στην Κύπρο (1878) γεννήθηκε στην Δερύνεια πιθανόν μεταξύ των ετών 1870 – 1880 ο Κωνσταντής Χατζηττοουλή «Αλακκιντήρης». Ο Κωνσταντής ήταν γιος του Ττοουλή (Χριστόδουλος) και της Χριστινούς. Αδέλφια του ήταν ο Γιωργής, η Ιουλιανή και ο Νικόλας. Ο Κωνσταντής φαίνεται να έφυγε από την Δερύνεια σε μικρή ηλικία και να εγκαταστάθηκε αρχικά στο Βαρώσι και από εκεί στην Αθήνα στα τελευταία χρόνια του 20 ου αιώνα. Με το πέρασμα του χρόνου, ο Κωνσταντής Χατζηττοουλή ξεχάστηκε από τους χωριανούς του και το μόνο που έμεινε στην μνήμη τους και διαδίδεται σαν «μύθος» μέχρι τις μέρες μας, είναι το προσωνύμιο Αλακκιντήρης και οι ζαβολιές της παιδικής του ηλικίας. Constantine the forger alias Alakintiris was born in the small village of Derinia just on the outskirts of Famagusta shortly before the end of the Ottoman rule in Cyprus (1878) Constantine must have been born most probably between the years 1860 - 1880 Constantine seems that he left his village at an early stage of his life and he was first settled in Varosha and then in Athens in the last years of the 20th century.
